A Drink In A New Cup (And A Snack)
We got these fancy acrylic insulated cups that look like cheap plastic cups. I got a little Fresca to try it out. I'd love to save on making trash, but Fresca and Diet Coke are the only fountain drinks that I can get.
Got a little hungry, so I grabbed a tiny bowl of almonds and honey-roasted peanuts.
Lunch At The New Cafe!
Yum! I grabbed a vegan spring roll from the vegan section, followed by a black bean burger patty with provolone cheese, lettuce, onion, tomato, and sriracha mayonnaise. I also took a few fries.
When I was done I wanted a little something sweet, so I got a tiny piece of coconut cream pie and a chocolate white chocolate chip cookie.

I Couldn't Hold Out
Breakfast At The New Campus
Morning weigh-in 233.2. Huzzah!
Today was the first day of business at our new campus! I'm really enjoying the fast network speed, but I'll also be enjoying posting about all the yummy things I get to eat here at our new cafe! This morning I went light. First, a teeny cup of apple carrot ginger juice.
And a banana.
I might get hungry before lunch, but I'm going to try to hold out.

First Booze Post!
Quick And Easy Dinner
I was so hungry when we were out at the store that I quickly made some salad as soon as we got home. They totally skimped us on the dried cherries this time - there were only 6!
Kendra and I each had a bowl.
Yum, salad! With a few calories in me, I was able to muster the strength to throw together some fettuccine with roasted red pepper alfredo sauce. Simple, but filling. I held myself to just one serving.
But I did have a Diet Dr. Pepper to go with it.

More Cereal
Morning weigh-in was 234.8. Nothing special.
Breakfast was an illustrious bowl of raisin bran, followed by an only slightly less illustrious bowl of corn flakes. Both were with soymilk.

Mushroom Fajitas!
We had a bunch of mushrooms in our fridge that were supposed to go into some other recipes that wound up not happening, so we decided to make some mushroom fajitas! First step, chop mushrooms, onions, and an orange bell pepper.
Then, mix some fajita seasoning with a little bit of water.
Start frying on the griddle with a little bit of oil.
Add the seasoning/water.
Cook thoroughly.
Get some fixin's ready.
Eat!

Eat a little bit more.
Still wind up a little hungry later and have a bowl of raisin bran with soymilk.

Indian Food On The Company Dime
After "District 9", we set off for Mehfil Fine Indian Dining in Redmond Town Center for an early supper. I started with a mango lassi, which was good, although it could have been a little colder.
Next, I put a few items on my plate: a paneer and peanut/coconut sauce dish, some chana masala, aloo gobi, and paneer sagwala. There was also some paneer stuffed naan, which was just OK. The paneer and peanut/coconut sauce dish was excellent, though.
We got some complimentary gulab jamun, which I am not the biggest fan of. It's basically a soggy donut hole. I ate it anyway.

Conveyor Belt Sushi!
After mini-golf, we grabbed a quick conveyor belt sushi lunch before seeing "District 9". We got it from Sushi Land in Redmond.
Not the best, but certainly cheap!

A Bland Dinner
Kendra's stomach was bothering her, so a very simple dinner it was. First, I sautéed some onions and mushrooms.
Then, added vegetable stock and some soy sauce. After cooking it for a while, I mixed in some flour to thicken.
What goes with mushroom gravy? Mashed potatoes! First, I boiled the heck out of them.
Then melt some butter and add some garlic powder.
A little milk.
And it's ready!
First a bowl of Fresh Express Asian Supreme salad.
Then one and a half helpings of potatoes.
