Falafel Night Again

We had some friends over for falafel night! I started with two pitas loaded with falafel, hummus, tzatziki, lettuce, and tomato.  The second one had a LOT of tomato, and although it was an accident, I didn't regret it.


I had a third pita, but it wasn't very full.


I also had some taro bubble tea, but I forgot to take a picture.

Falafel Night!

Last night, falafel night finally happened!  We snagged some pita from Costco, where it is amazingly cheap, fried up some falafel, chopped up some lettuce, tomato, and even a little bell pepper, smeared some spicy hummus, and were ready to go!


I even went back for one more.


And brewed up some of that fancy-pants Teavana chai blend I obtained a while back, with a little bit of honey.


While we ate, we watched an episode of Rick Steves' Europe about Denmark outside of Copenhagen.  Now I really want to go!
