Low Entropy Lunch

My lunch today was very organized. I had some vegan enchiladas with sweet potato, tofu, and pineapple that were fabulous. I also had two miniature tuna melts, one with provolone cheese and the other with cheddar. Finally, I had a tiny piece of a vegetable and goat cheese stromboli. Coke Zero to drink. Delicious!

If It Ain't Broke...

Morning weigh-in: 231.4.  230, you are in my sights!

More fruit, cottage cheese, and juice today.  That's my mango papaya lemonade there under the dispenser.

Healthy Breakfast!

Morning weigh-in today was 231.2 pounds.  Not bad!  I celebrated with a plate of fresh fruit and a little cottage cheese.

Mango orange Thai basil juice.  Had to try it. It was good, but definitely different.

Fruit And Cottage Cheese Again

Morning weigh-in was 234.8 again.  Really looking forward to making some progress.

I decided to go for the fruit breakfast again.  The juice this morning at the FooBar was really, really good. It was orange raspberry mint!

I also tried a sample of the green tea smoothie.  It was tasty - I may have to get a full one at some point.

And of course, my plate of fruit and cottage cheese.

Healthy Breakfast

Morning weigh-in was a disappointing 234.8. I'm going to have to be a little more strict about second portions, I think.

This morning I went to get an early workout and burned a claimed 436 calories by running for 25 minutes. Afterward, I wanted to work at my desk, but it was too loud because they haven't worked the kinks out of the HVAC yet. So I went down to the cafe for breakfast. I ignored the delicious-looking hot options, and went for the also-delicious-looking fruit options. I got a little bit of lowfat organic cottage cheese, some blueberries, cantaloupe, pineapple, and a little bit of honeydew melon.
I went over to the FooBar and got a sample of the "Berry Bliss" smoothie.
And tried a small glass of their blackberry mango juice. Yum! I was down at the bottom so it was very thick.
Here are some of the other things that were available at the FooBar that I did not take. Those muffins were really tempting.

Frozen Pizza

I was working late last night, so when I got home, I found Kendra had started a Freschetta frozen pizza we had gotten at Safeway for about $3.50. All they had was meat-topped ones and cheese, so we got cheese, but Kendra added on some yellow bell pepper and some pineapple. Yum! The pizza was pretty small, so we both just had half of it.
Afterward, I wanted a light dessert, so I chopped up a peach and had it with some cottage cheese.
I also cut up a peach for Kendra, but she only wanted half, so I had the other half.

Hot Breakfast!

I forgot to weigh myself today, but I'll try to remember tomorrow. I specifically worked out before breakfast at work today so I could enjoy the first hot breakfast at the new campus. I forgot to take a picture of my plate, but I went back and took pictures of almost everything I had. First, some cottage fries:
Some scrambled eggs:
Some vegan breakfast sausage:
Some cantaloupe and some pineapple (not pictured):
And because I wanted to use my cool cup again, some Fresca.
