Mexican Lunch

Lunch at work today was Mexican food, or an approximation thereof.  Unfortunately it is hard to find passable Mexican food in the Northwest.


So what did I have? I started with one of these fancy deep-fried tortilla bowls.


Added lettuce, beans, and rice.


Along with every single one of these condiments, which included 4 kinds of salsa: green, red, pico de gallo, and a bean and corn salsa.


Then I went out to the deck and ate on such a gloriously beautiful day!


My first portion was not that big, so I went back for seconds, almost entirely vegetables (a little cheese, and a dab of sour cream). No fried tortilla bowl this time.
