Dinner last night was some Mexican stew we had in our freezer from a long time ago. Fortunately it was still good! I had two bowls with a little sour cream and cheese.
To compensate for a day that was pretty rough on me, I also had some taro bubble tea.
They have a mix at the Asian grocery. They also have these boba that cook in 5 minutes, which is awesome, because normally it takes like 45 minutes to make them.
Sorry it was a tough day. You make bubble tea at home? How?
