In order to use up some leftovers we had, we made this recipe for dinner on Friday that we found in one of our recipe books for "Greek Pizza". This is basically just pieces of pita with feta cheese and thin slivers of bell pepper (the recipe called for onion) with olive oil drizzled over the top. Broil for 5 minutes or so.

And there you go. It was pretty good. Especially for using up leftover ingredients.
