I skipped breakfast this morning since I woke up so late. But morning-weigh in was 234.8. Blah.
For lunch today, I had a burrito. I started with the fixin's: lettuce, salsa fresca, sour cream, and cheese.

Then I added some cilantro lime tofu and some guacamole.

Then I ate it, with a glass of Fresca.

To be honest it was just OK. I forgot to get some beans and rice, which I wanted. For dessert I had a piece of mixed berry shortcake with whipped cream, which was also just OK.
